By accessing the Soundreef Repertoire page, you agree that you will be bound by the terms and conditions set in the basic Terms of Use and the additional terms herein (the "Agreement").

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement, from time to time. By using the Site after we make such changes, you agree to be bound by the new terms and conditions. We will also from time to time, change the content of the Site. 

Conditions and Restrictions regarding the use of Soundreef Repertoire:

• The Repertoire provides access to song title registration information that has been registered with Soundreef.

• The databases are intended for research and information purposes in the form presented.

• Soundreef respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. This means, for example, that the following is not permitted: (a) Copying, reproducing, “ripping”, downloading, recording, distributing or making available to the public, modifying, reformatting, reconfiguring, extracting, scraping, linking, incorporating into other software, databases or online material, or otherwise appropriating the database or any part of thereof, without the express written permission; (b) using the Soundreef services to import or copy any local files you do not have the legal right to import or copy in this way; (c) reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modification or creating derivative works based on the Soundreef services or any part thereof; (d) circumventing any technology used by Soundreef, its licensors, or any third party to protect content accessible through Soundreef service;  (e) use any part of the technology used by Soundreef for purposes that are designed to be against Soundreef's interests.
